Big Arms are not Enough if you Want Truly Awesome Arms


Let's be honest, like, a lot of people to build up their arms because they want to look good. Unfortunately, many of them just think that with "big arms" is enough to achieve this goal. Well, the truth is, with big arms is not enough to look great in a T-shirt - and in the course of building my 20-inch GUNS I've got a definition of what it means to formulate truly awesome arms. This definition has three components: extraordinary muscular development, symmetry and exceptional physical strength.

Extraordinary Muscular Development

To build the first bodybuilder to 21-inch arms with "sharp" biceps - - Bodybuilding legend Leroy Colbert has said, that does not mean with big guns that you have well developed arms. I agree. And in your search for "big arms" you have to try to grab your guns with exceptional muscular development.

Extraordinary muscular development means that the muscles in your upper arm and forearm, a thick, full appearance will have, and that the larger muscles within these groups differ from one another to visible. For example, should the lateral, medial and long head of triceps to show separation from one another. In a front or rear double-biceps pose, it should be a clear separation between his biceps and triceps.

As you can see, extraordinary muscular development does not depend on the absolute size of the arms. Instead, this attribute sets a standard for muscular detail and visual impact, regardless of your arm measurements. If you do not believe me, just check out the arms on some of the lighter wrestlers, boxers or gymnasts who at the Olympics or similar competitions. While their arms are not huge, most guys would gladly trade their spaghetti arms for weapons, like this small but powerfully built athlete.

I'm not saying that arm size is totally irrelevant to the owner of impressive arms look. Clearly, the larger the arm showing extraordinary muscular development, the greater will be its visual appeal. But big arms without targeted development of the biceps, triceps and forearms were not particularly impressive. For example, heavyweight powerlifters and similar strength athletes often have "huge" poor. These guys are incredibly strong, but they probably will not get many requests for arm training tips. Why? Because most powerlifters do not do any targeted bodybuilding movements and therefore large but shapeless arms.


The point here is that certain types of training will give you undefined muscle quantity while targeted workout methods build both mass and well-defined muscle quality. You see the difference between undefined quantity and well-defined quality compared a telephone pole and an oak. If you have a phone mast next to an oak tree to visualize, see who is more impressed by them? The telephone pole has circumferential, but no shape and runs in a straight line from top to bottom. But the oak has a rippling and powerful trunk with well-defined industries with growth, strength and durability.

If given the choice that you prefer - arms like shapeless telephone poles or thick, powerful oak trees?

Symmetry

The next important element of Awesome Arms is symmetrical or balanced development. Leroy Colbert, Sergio Oliva, Larry Scott and Robby Robinson are a few of the great all-time bodybuilder known for its enormous arms. While specific details vary their arms, they all shared a common bodybuilding greats feature - symmetry! Not only did these bodybuilders have comparative balance between their biceps, triceps and forearms, but they also showed symmetrical muscle development in these areas.
